About Pam Grumbach...
Pamela Grumbach is a painter
of light and of landscape scenes that are too quickly disappearing from our
communities. She is an award winner and signature member of Northeast Watercolor
Society and she exhibits her work in a number of galleries and exhibitions in
coastal Maine where she spends her summers. She has been in numerous one person
and juried group exhibitions in the Philadelphia area including the Philadelphia
Sketch Club, Phillips Mill, the Coryell Gallery, and the Baltimore Watercolor
Society. Other venues include several exhibitions with the Point of View
Painters, Art at Friends and frequent exhibitions of her work in smaller venues
such as the Walton Center Gallery at George School in Newtown where she is an
instructor of Painting and Drawing.
Pamela did her undergraduate
work at the Unversity of Maryland and has since studied at the Pennsylvania
Academy of the Fine Arts and with prominent regional artists. She has recently
been awarded fellowships at Skidmore College and at the Art Institute of
Chicago. Pamela's work is in numerous collections up and down the East Coast and
she has had work selected by the United States Department of State for use in
government offices around the world. |
